We really enjoyed creating this polyethylene foam insert for an HD night-vision camera. We crafted the insert using a water-only waterjet process, beveling the inside edges to center the camera. A little detail made possible by the precision of the 5- axis waterjet that won't go unnoticed because of how quick and easy it will make repacking equipment. The insert was economically made from foam layers, affording time and cost savings that our customers benefit from and love.
